On Wednesday 22 Feb the U.S. National Academies of Science are holding a public seminar and live webcast on attempts by webcasters (Yahoo et al) to use a proposed international treaty being negotiated at the U.N.'s World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to gain greater power over information that currently exists in the public domain.
