Who's Paying for Your Rewards Points?

Over at the Credit Slips blog, Adam Levitin asks: Who's Paying for Your Rewards Points?. It's a good explanation of interchange fees paid by merchants to credit card companies. All consumers pay more at the store and more at the pump due to unfair interchange fees, meaning cash customers pay for the rewards earned by credit card customers.
