FCC Cell phone early termination penalty inquiry may be broadened
In her Washington Post story Scrutiny of Phone Fees May Broaden to TV, Internet, Cecilia Kang reports on Saturday that the 12 June FCC hearing on unfair cell phone early termination penalty fees may be expanded to include a discussion on similar fees for ending cable and Internet services ahead of schedule, the chairman of the Federal Communications Commission said in an interview yesterday.
